  • Host a Clothing Drive – You can collect clothes and shoes for a limited amount of time or schedule reoccurring monthly pickups.
  • Host a Recycling Day at your location – You advertise and we’ll bring the truck
  • Host a Food Drive – You can sponsor a collection day or make food items the “entrance fee” to an event you are already hosting.
  • Donate surplus produce from your family garden to the Food Bank.
  • Donate Personal Emergency Bags – One of our greatest dignities is our own personal hygiene. You can help by preparing emergency bags that contain items like shampoo, soap, toothbrush, toothpaste, combs.
  • Donate Emergency Food Boxes – Put in things that could get a family without food through two or three days. For example, peanut butter, mac & cheese, canned goods, rice, noodles, tuna.
  • Host a FREON appliance collection drive – Most places charge a fee to recycle refrigeration units containing Freon. We are licensed to remove it and we do it for FREE. Freon items include air conditioners, refrigerators, dehumidifiers, water coolers, and freezers.

The HandUP Foundation exists to help our neighbors in need to get back on their feet and find stability and success.  We don’t offer a hand-out, we offer a Hand UP!
