A ray of hope to the Susquehanna Valley

We are a faith-based, social entrepreneurial, non-profit organization located in Milton, PA. Since 2004, the HandUP Foundation has helped hundreds of families and individuals in crisis situations within our community. We strive to maintain each person's dignity by offering hope in a supportive and encouraging environment. Our name is our philosophy. We offer a HandUP, not a hand-out. We customize an assistance plan for each person that provides a way for them to work toward their own solutions. We are dedicated to offering help and hope to every neighbor who needs us.

The HandUP Foundation is supported through donations and funds raised by the HandUP Store and HandUP Recycling Center. Families and individuals are helped with clothing, food, counseling, vehicles, homes, and financial assistance.

HandUP will be closed Memorial Day Monday May 30th, 2022

HandUP raised $26,790 during Raise the Region! We placed 10th in donations out of 320! Thank You for your support!!!
These past two weeks I was able to host a Bible study titled, “Fishers of Men” in which we dissected what it means to be Fishers of Men. Through this, I was able to include a painting for the study in which we painted an image related to the scriptures. Hosting this study really opened my eyes to ministry and showed me just how much of a difference I can make in people's lives through using my talents.
